Ref 20240603 Technical Leader (AI NLP LLM)

Position Title: Tech Leader – Artificial Intelligence & Software Development
In Omnios we specialize in the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in process optimisation
and data processing.
We partner with big companies from fast moving sectors accelerating and standardizing their
decision making through our own NLP algorithms and dynamic dashboards that gather and
filter the information they require.
Our goal is to reduce the time of search and analysis of information, allowing our customers to
increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the decisions they make.
Position Objective: lead and coordinate the development teams, ensuring the effective
implementation of Agile methodologies and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) for the
development of advanced solutions in NLP and LLM.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership:
● Guide the development team in implementing innovative solutions in NLP and
LLM.
● Ensure the adoption of best practices and quality standards in code and system
architecture.
2. Project Management:
● Coordinate with project teams using JIRA to ensure timely and effective
delivery of functionalities.
● Oversee the use of Bitbucket for version control and code collaboration.
3. Infrastructure and Deployment:
● Oversee infrastructure implementation through Terraform and ensure
continuous integration and delivery.
● Coordinate the implementation of serverless solutions with Node.js for the
backend.
4. Development and Design:
● Ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of web development using React and
Ant Design for the user interface.
● Facilitate collaboration between frontend and backend teams for seamless
integrations.
5. Data Handling and Modeling:
● Oversee data processing and fine-tuning of LLM models using Python.
● Ensure efficiency and scalability in data manipulation and analysis processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Proficiency in Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, Terraform, JIRA, Bitbucket, React, Ant
Design, Node.js, and experience using Python.
● Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
● Ability to solve complex problems and facilitate technical innovation.

Monday to Thursday: check-in 08:00h-09.30h;
Fridays: from 09:00h to 15:00h
