Job description

As a Technical Content Creator you are playing a key role in creating documentation and other digital content.

You will create new documentation and digital content for the company as well as managing migrating and owning our current documentation. You will initially be the sole member of the team but with the intention to grow. Most of the documentation will be written text but creating, for example, tutorial videos will also fall under your responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

• You work closely and together with our product teams in an agile environment to deliver documentation needed for new development.
• You gather all tech documentation we currently have, review and store in a well-organized way.
• You relentlessly work on improving knowledge, and documentation, by actively contributing to our learning organization.
• Your will create both internal and external documentation and videos

Your Profile

• You are a native English speaker with experience in Tech writing.
• You are passionate about creating content that both new and advanced users can understand and get value from
• You have worked in Confluence before
• You have a vision on how documentation and other digital media are stored and presented.
• You have experience in documenting software applications on different platforms.

Nice to Have

• You understand Email architectures and principles
• You understand the principles behind ZTA, PGP, S/MIME, X.509, PKI
• Expert in Confluence
• Video editing experience
• German
• Spanish
